Booking requests
The website prepares an availability enquiry for you to review and send via WhatsApp. Opening WhatsApp does not send the message automatically. Tap Send in WhatsApp to contact Alina. An enquiry is not a confirmed appointment. A booking becomes confirmed only after Alina personally agrees the service, date, time, location, price and any deposit or other booking conditions with you.
Prices and payment
The applicable price, any travel cost, payment method and payment timing are confirmed before the booking becomes binding. Nothing is charged through this website.
Changes and cancellation
If you need to change or cancel an appointment, contact Alina as early as possible. Any cancellation, rescheduling or deposit conditions that apply to your appointment will be explained and agreed before confirmation.
Health and sensitivities
Please disclose known allergies, sensitivities, eye conditions or relevant skin concerns before the appointment. Alina may adapt or decline a product or service where reasonably necessary for safety. Makeup results and wear vary with skin, preparation, environment and aftercare.
Travel and timing
Appointments are based in Riga. Travel, bridal-party timing and occasional Galway availability are subject to prior agreement. Please arrive at the agreed time and allow the duration confirmed for your service.
Gift cards
Gift-card value, delivery, validity and redemption conditions are confirmed when the card is purchased. A gift-card enquiry does not itself create a purchase.
