For every appointment

Please arrive without makeup. Your usual light skincare is welcome, but avoid heavy oils or rich masks immediately beforehand.

Avoid new products, facials, peels, tanning or brow treatments close to the appointment. Familiar skin is predictable skin.

Bring two or three images you genuinely like, plus a photo of your outfit if helpful. They begin a conversation rather than set a rigid template.

Tell Alina about allergies, sensitivities, contact lenses, lash preferences and anything you do or do not enjoy wearing.

A button-down or wide-neck top helps protect the finished makeup when changing into your outfit.

Arrive at the confirmed time. If you are early, send Alina a message before coming upstairs as the previous client may still be finishing.

Bring your chosen lip colour if you want it used for easy touch-ups, and your veil, hair accessories or jewellery when they affect the overall look.

Keep the agreed appointment window free and allow extra travel time. Most makeup appointments take around 90 minutes to two hours.

Bring your own makeup bag and brushes, even the products you rarely use. Alina can show you what works and what may be missing.
