Who is responsible
Alina Belova is the controller of personal information provided in booking enquiries. Contact: WhatsApp +353 85 161 1770, Instagram @alinabelova.lv, or by post at Augusta Deglava iela 7, Rīga, LV-1009, Latvia.
Information collected
The enquiry builder uses your name, service, date, time preference and relevant appointment details to prepare a WhatsApp message. These values stay temporarily in page memory and are cleared when you close the builder or reload. They are not saved in website booking records or browser storage. Choosing Copy enquiry places the message on your device clipboard. The hosting provider may process basic technical information for security and reliable operation.
Purpose and legal basis
Information you choose to send to Alina is used to answer your enquiry, check availability, arrange your requested service and communicate before an appointment. Existing business records may be kept to meet legal obligations or address service queries.
Who receives it
Choosing Continue to WhatsApp opens the external WhatsApp service with your enquiry details in a pre-filled message. Those details are passed to WhatsApp to prepare the message. Alina receives it only if you tap Send there; subsequent communication takes place in WhatsApp. WhatsApp / Meta applies its own privacy terms. The website does not send enquiry emails. Instagram and Google Maps also operate under their own privacy terms when you open their links.
International transfers
Some technology providers may process information outside Latvia or the European Economic Area. Where this happens, the provider is expected to use an applicable legal transfer mechanism, such as an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses.
Retention
The website does not retain enquiry-builder details as booking records. The following existing periods concern enquiries and services agreed directly with Alina: unsuccessful enquiries are normally kept for no longer than 12 months after the last communication; records connected with a confirmed service may be kept for up to 24 months. Invoices, payment records or information required for legal obligations may be kept for the period required by law or where needed for legal claims.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion or restriction of your personal information, object to processing based on legitimate interests, or request portability where applicable. You may also lodge a complaint with Latvia’s Datu valsts inspekcija at dvi.gov.lv. Rights can be limited where the law requires information to be retained.
Required information
Required fields provide the details needed to assess your enquiry. An email address and phone number are not required by the builder because Alina can reply to the WhatsApp account you use. Avoid adding sensitive information to optional notes. Your language choice is saved in your browser as described in the cookie notice. The website does not use automated decision-making or profiling.
Changes
This notice will be updated if analytics, payments, marketing tools or additional booking services are introduced. The latest version and update date will remain available on this page.
